✔ Create and sell editable digital templates incorporating Pixistock assets
Canva, Flodesk, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, website templates, client onboarding frameworks, and editable design kits — as long as they are significantly customized.
✔ Create and sell physical products including merchandise incorporating Pixistock assets
Printed planners, journals, books, workbooks, inserts, posters, cards, and merchandise.
✔ List and sell commercial products incorporating Pixistock assets on third-party marketplaces
Etsy, Amazon KDP, Creative Market and similar platforms.
✔ Create and sell private-label products under the license
Rebranded and redesigned PLR items while your ECL is active (not master resell rights, not perpetual).
✔ Create and deliver client or website templates incorporating Pixistock assets
Client portals, brand kits, editable website themes, coaching frameworks, and similar deliverables intended for resale or repeated client use.
❌ What's NOT permitted on the ECL:
✘ You may NOT sell or distribute standalone Pixistock assets
No photo packs, video bundles, B-roll files, template files, or zipped asset folders — even if modified.
✘ You may NOT create or sell products that give others resale or redistribution rights
No master resell rights, no resell rights, no commercial-use rights for your customers.
✘ You may NOT create or operate any competing product or platform incorporating Pixistock assets
No stock photo libraries, stock video memberships, PLR memberships, template memberships, content vaults, or download hubs.
✘ You may NOT include Pixistock assets inside any membership, course, or content library as downloadable files
✘ You may NOT use Pixistock assets in logos, trademarks, or brand identifiers
No exclusive claims or trademark filings using Pixistock content.
✘ You may NOT sell products incorporating Pixistock assets after canceling your ECL
PLR products must be removed from sale/shop and/or digital products must be redesigned to remove Pixistock assets.
✘ You may NOT upload Pixistock assets into AI tools or use them to train AI models
No derivative generation, no model training, no AI-generated replicas.
✘ You may NOT use Pixistock assets in traditional broadcast media
TV, cable, streaming network placement is not allowed (but social platforms are fine).

If your digital product is non-editable (PDF, JPG, flattened design) and sold on your own website, you’re covered under the Standard License.
But if you want to sell your product on Etsy/Amazon/Creative Market, OR if you want the product to be a digital template (Canva, Notion, Airtable, Flodesk…), OR if the product includes Pixistock templates — then yes, you need the ECL.
Nope. You don’t have to remove anything already sold or already in customers’ hands.
But you must stop selling, printing, distributing, or listing any product that includes Pixistock assets in an Extended Commercial use way.
You can keep selling the product under the Standard License only after removing all Pixistock assets.
Only if you download the PLR files and hand them to your team.
Seat holders get stock library access only — NOT the PLR Library and NOT ECL privileges.
Anything involving resale or editable products must come through your ECL rights.
No. Seat holders operate under the Standard License and may only use Pixistock assets on behalf of the primary account holder.
Using assets for their own business or external clients is a violation and grounds for termination.

Unlike many commercial licensing platforms, Pixistock never increases your price based on your success — no matter how many books you print, units you sell, or page views you get.
Your rate stays the same whether you sell 10 products or 10,000.
If you cancel your Teams Plan:
– All seat holders immediately lose access to the stock library.
– They must stop using Pixistock assets and delete any original files not already used in your finalized, non-editable deliverables.
– Your main Pixistock membership stays active; nothing happens to your content or downloads.
– You can always re-add seats later.
Canceling the Teams Plan does not affect your ECL.
All members receive the Standard License, which lets you:
✔ Use Pixistock assets in your marketing, branding, social media, websites, PDF downloads, client projects (non-editable)
✔ Sell non-editable products with Pixistock assets on your own website only
✔ Deliver final, flattened assets to clients
✔ Use assets in ads, blogs, workshops, presentations
✔ Print materials for your own business
But under the Standard License you cannot:
❌ Sell editable templates
❌ Sell digital or physical products on Etsy, Amazon, Creative Market, etc.
❌ Include Pixistock assets inside client templates, website templates, or reusable frameworks
❌ Create PLR products
❌ Create derivative template shops
❌ Redistribute assets in any way
For anything involving resale, editable files, templates, frameworks, books, planners, or marketplace listings, you need the ECL.

Your next ECL charge isn’t until month 7 — and that’s only if you decide to stay on the ECL.
